HELP with trip!

We are planning a last minute weekend trip from Pittsburgh to Lake Chautauqua. Just looking to relax, have a few good meals, a few drinks and browse some shops.

My first question is 2 restaurants recommended for dinner and 2 for lunch and/or breakfast.

Would like to spend one evening in Bemus point looking through the shops, having some drinks and a good dinner, so if you could recommend a restaurant there, that would be great.

Also unsure what area to stay in. Found 2 rentals, one is in Ashville Bay and the other is in Lakewood. Like the idea of the lakewood location because it says short walk to gift shops, coffee house, restaurants, public park, mall, stores, movie theater, putt-putt golf. Thought it would be nice to spend one day where we could walk everywhere. I can%26#39;t find a listing of anything in Lakewood. ANy ideas for restaurants for lunch and dinner in that area.

Any help would be appreciated as i%26#39;m not familiar with the area at all. Thanks so much in advance!

I recommend you spend time at the Chautauqua Institution. The website is www.ciweb.org. This place has restaurants, lectures, recreational opportunities, and concerts throughout the summer.
