Hotels near Time Sq who will rent to a 20 yr old

I am traveling to New York City in August and am looking for a reasonable hotel room for 200 or under that will rent to a 20 year old person. It seems that most want you to be 20 years old.

Any ideas?

I seem to remember reading that the Ramada New Yorker will rent to a 20-year-old. Not the best hotel, but it should do fine. Personally, I%26#39;d rather stay in either the Vanderbilt YMCA or the West Side YMCA. Or a youth hostel.
