Would like to spend 2 nights on the way from Buffalo to Cape Cod. We will be stopping for 4 days on the Finger Lakes on the way BACK so don%26#39;t want to stop there. Any suggestions on some interesting stops along our way, couple of overnight towns/ accommodation recommendations etc.? We love quaint towns, unique (local) restaurants, etc. Any suggestions?
Buffalo to Cape Cod - the leisurely way??
Cooperstown, New York.... Great town with quaint shops and dining, beautiful lake, interesting accomodation choices, and of course the Baseball Hall of Fame. Saratoga Springs would fall along the same type of town with much more of a blue blood feel and high end choices across the board. In Mass you have the Berkshire region, very New England and quaint. Boston...if you have not been to Boston for a visit ..great option for even an overnight. If interested in any of these I could expand.
