I would suggest you go to Astoria Queens on broadway plenty of Greek foods there and also steinway street.
a nice place for dessert is Omonia cafe on broadway not in manhattan in Queens. Kabob cafe on steinway is good.I also forgot about uncle georges.
To get to astoria from manhattan you can take the N train to Ditmars R train to broadway.Here is a list I have found.
