hi! we%26#39;ve narrowed our hotel choices and am looking at the renaissance times square. (we%26#39;ll be able to get it at a really fantastic rate- well, not quite priceline, but still..) i know there are renovations going on- the latest reviews on this site was for june 8-11. we%26#39;ll be there in 2 weeks - has somebody stayed there recently tell us the status of these renovations; how it impacted their stay, etc? website says the renovations are to be done on aug.4. the other alternative is the grand hyatt..
