Thanks!!!

NY Marriot East Side

You should be pretty close to many things it is near rockerfeller center, madison ave Times square.

Did you have a look at the hotel Elysee?I think you should be fine. There are some mixed reviews on here but not horribe! something about street noise.

NY Marriot East Side

I really like that property. I also like the neighborhood. We have stayed at the W New York and the Barclay, both across the street from the Marriot and liked the Marriot much better. The rooms are larger and nicer. You are short walk to just about anything but you are also short walk to the bars and restaurants on 2nd and 3rd avenue which are cheaper, more fun and more NY than ones in Times Square. It also has very easy access to the 4,5,6 subway lines.

The Marriot East Side doesn%26#39;t get a lot of play on this forum, but I think it is one of the nicer properties in the price range in Midtown.

Also check out the Marriott Courtyard Midtown East on 866 Third Ave.....sometimes you can find some amazing prices and its in a great location.

It%26#39;s a block from the Waldorf Astoria. Imo, it%26#39;s a great business hotel but just an ok vacation hotel. If you get a good price, it%26#39;s a good option.
