My family and I stayed for 10 days at this hotel we were very pleased with the kind, courteous and helpful staff, very central you can walk most places except right downtown, well you could but I think it would need to be cooler than when we were there! Subway right outside. $24 for 7 days very good value. Excellent hotel.
Cab from JFK $45, very swish town car booked by hotel $55 to JFK.
*Our, twin queen beds, room very spacious, spotless and comfortable.
*Laundry facilities available, very cheap, on 21st floor.
*Tea, coffee, water and 3 online computers with printer all complimentary.
*We didn%26#39;t have breakfast in hotel, used Oxford Cafe substantial but not cheap; Pax wonderful excellent take away but watch prices as they change through the day. Mostly we used the sidewalk sellers for croissants and bagels and fruit, got supplies from Duane Reader and made coffee in room.
*Lots of places to eat during the day good pizza up 3rd around 55th or so. Good burger corner of 54th and Lexington. Fabulous food hall in Grand Central Station.
*All in all a great New York experience

I stayed here last Christmas and found it a great value as well. Great views, large rooms and everything very clean.
